Horrible. Forcing a mandatory upgrade by blocking out the original app. Literally years of msgs, gone. Sounds like it happened to everybody. The new app is awful. Its dark, depressing and grey. The grid is smaller. And i dont understand what drastic improvements warranted an upgrade that wipes your users chats, because i havent noticed any. Unbelievable...
